But it wasn't until I discovered the world of journaling and scrapbooking that I truly understood the power of self-expression.

For me, journaling isn’t just a hobby—it’s a daily practice that helps keep my mental health in check and brings a sense of peace to my life. Adding fun, creative elements to my journal not only feeds my artistic soul but also provides a sense of release and joy.
